Prep Meetings With All HODs
Atleast 20 meetings are necessary if the PEACH worksheet is part of Next Earth's scope of work.
This offering gives every department an opportunity to receive guidance, inspect problem areas and collaborate with the Sustainability Department.
Includes:
• 1-hour consultations with each of the following Department HODs: Accounting, Art, ADs, Camera, Craft Services, Catering, Construction, Costumes, Electric, Greens, Grip, Hair, Locations, MakeUp, Production, Props, Set Decoration, SFX, Sound, Transpo (and Travel, where applicable).
Requires:
•Follow-up and enforcement of action items by internal production personnel.
•Internal production personnel to ensure sustainability conversations are had on tech scouts.
• Internal production personnel to ensure sustainability conversions are had in logistics meetings.
• Non-consecutive starts earlier in prep for key players like generator operators, drivers and rigging gaffers.
